Scheduling

Payment is collected upfront to reserve your calendar spot. Approximate arrival times are provided one business day before your scheduled service.

Days and times are NOT guaranteed. Schedules may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, and prior appointments.

Cancellations & Refunds

Water & Radon Tests

Fully refundable (100%) if canceled by noon the business day before your scheduled appointment.

Well Chlorination

50% refundable if canceled by noon the business day before your scheduled appointment.

Inspections (Septic & Well)

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at scheduling. This deposit covers scheduling, research, and lost appointment time. Inaccessible or unsafe components will not be inspected; no refunds are issued for uninspectable items.

Septic Pumping

A non-refundable $200 deposit is required and applied toward tank location, uncovering, or pump cost. The deposit is non-refundable if the tank cannot be located or requires non-standard pumping due to distance, elevation, or tank condition.

Repairs (Well & Septic)

Non-refundable once parts have been ordered. Machine fees are refundable if canceled one business day prior to the scheduled service.

Wasted Trip Fee

A wasted trip fee is applied when a technician arrives at the property but cannot complete the work due to client circumstances, such as missing keys, water being shut off, or other access issues.

Trip Fees

A trip fee is charged per property visit. Multiple services performed during a single visit are covered by one trip fee. Radon testing requires two visits (drop-off and pick-up) and is charged accordingly.

Release of Results

All reports are delivered to the paying customer via email. Customers may authorize us to copy third parties (real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, etc.) on their results.

We cannot release reports to anyone not authorized by our client.
