Our septic reports come out on average to about 15 pages. They include full color photos.
We also use a video scope on any lines we can access, including: the line coming into the tank, the line going out of the tank, any lines entering or leaving a pump tank, and any lines entering or leaving the distribution box.
When necessary, our reports also include videos.

Our reports include the following:
Not all items apply to all systems. Due to systems being underground; in some circumstances, not all components can be observed.
Inspection Information: Property Address, Date & Time, Client, who was present, weather conditions at time of inspection, etc
Property & System Information: Owner, Number of Bedrooms according to owner, status of house, type of system, whether or not permit was found, any information from permit & copy of permit, when it was last pumped (according to seller, etc.
location, depth, access riser, condition of lid, condition of tank, condition of baffle wall, condition of outlet T and Filter, percentage of solids, depth of sludge, water level, root intrusion, evidence of tank leakage, etc
Pump Tank - if there is one:
Location, depth, access riser, condition of lid, condition of tank, root intrusion, evidence of tank leakage, location of control panel, condition of control panel (audible alarm, visual alarm, pump function), etc.
Distribution Box - if there is one:
Location, depth, condition of lid, condition of box, root intrusion, condition of lines out, etc
Type, location, number of lines, length of lines, evidence of past or current surfacing at time of inspection, effluent is reaching it, etc.
Evidence of traffic over components, vegetation/grading/drainage that could affect the system, issues, recommended repairs, etc.
