These prices are subject to change.

Trip Fees

Trip fees are charged per county per trip.

So if we go to the property and do a septic inspection and after that, they call to add a water test, that is a second trip so a septic trip fee.  If everything is ordered at one time, it is one trip fee.

*Exceptions: Radon Tests require two trips so there are two trip fees.

**Septic pumping does not have a trip fee.

Water Testing and Radon Testing

Prices:

  • Water Tests

    • These prices include pickup, testing, and reporting. Price is per sample.

    • If power and water are not on when tech arrives, or sample cannot be collected for any reason outside tech's control, a wasted trip fee will be charged.

    • Premium $200

    • Lender $135

    • Basic Bacteria $55

    • Addons

      • Complete Bacteria $​50

      • Arsenic $60

      • Heavy Metals $50

      • Non-Specific Pesticide $60

  • Radon Testing​​

    • These prices include placement, testing, pick up, and reporting.  This is per sample.

    • If test cannot be set or picked up by the tech for any reason outside of the tech's control, a wasted trip fee will be charged.

    • 48 hr​ $125

    • 72 hr $175

 

Cancellation & Refund:  If cancelled one business day before, Water Testing, Radon Testing, and trip fees are 100% refundable.  Water Tests and Radon Tests are non-refundable after they are started.

Well and Septic Inspections

Prices:

  • Well Inspections

    • These prices are per system/sample.  Not all items apply to all systems.  Items that are inaccessible, appear unsafe, etc may not be tested.  Some items may not be tested due to type of system or condition of system.

    • Includes well head, pressure system, recovery & flow tests (if possible), full color photos, etc

    • Well Inspection with Premium $425​

    • Well Inspection with Lender $375

    • Well Inspection with Basic Bacteria $300

  • Septic Inspection​​

    • These  prices are per system.  Not all items apply to all systems.  Items that are inaccessible, appear unsafe, etc may not be tested.  Some items may not be tested due to type of system or condition of system.

    • $300 - includes camera scoping the line (if possible), full color photos, etc

 

Cancellation & Refund:  If cancelled one business day before:

  • trip fees are 100% refundable. 

  • 50% of the each inspection is refundable. 50% is non refundable to cover the paperwork, property research, the loss of the appointment, etc.

Septic Pumping

 

Cancelation and Refund: If cancelled one business day before, the pump is 100% refundable

 

Deposit: If our pump truck comes to your property and cannot complete the pump because the tank cannot be located, is too deep to hand dig, is not accessible, driveway is not accessible, etc, the deposit is not refundable.

Standard maintenance pumps are scheduled during
business hours (Mon-Fri 9 to 5).

If you have septic coming up in the house or yard and need emergency after hours/weekend service, please see this page and add $200 to the pump price to cover calling a crew in.

Septic Pumping

Price includes:

(prices subject to change)

  • Uncovering both lids up to 1 ft 

  • Pumping up to 1,000 gallons of flowable solids

  • Dump Fees

Additional Fees:

(prices subject to change)

  • Uncovering lid between 1 and 3 ft ($50 per lid/ft)

  • Use of an e-locator $90

Note: These are both included with a septic inspection so are not applicable to pumping at an inspection​

Some tanks will require a "special project pump" that will need to be quoted by our office.
